Telephone Calls

To save you the time and expense of some follow-up visits, we may ask you to call us to report on your condition. Also, call the office if you have any questions regarding your medication, treatment, or have any post-surgical problems. Our assistants are specially trained to answer your questions, arrange prescriptions, etc. They will first consult with your doctor before making any decision that may affect your medical condition and will return your call as soon as possible. If you need to speak with your doctor personally, his/her medical assistant will first answer your call and take the appropriate information that is needed. Please be patient if we do not return your call immediately. Our doctors normally return calls at the end of the day (sooner if time permits or if you have an urgent problem). The doctor or his/her medical assistant will call you personally with all biopsy results and regarding any abnormal laboratory tests.

Many diseases have similar symptoms and many medications, if used for lengthy periods of time, may create complications. If you have developed a new problem, a complication, or have been on medication for an extended period, please understand the need for a re-examination in the office.
