Fees

Charges for office visits and surgery are determined by the time spent, and vary with the severity and complexity of the problem. Our charges are based on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) fee schedule and on Medicare guidelines. We are very cost conscious and have kept our fees competitive with those of other dermatologists. Please feel free to discuss medical costs with our billing department at 623-972-3992 x 313 Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm or our office manager. We gladly give telephone quotes, but please understand that an exact price quotation is sometimes impossible to give. We are concerned with the cost of medical care and we appreciate your suggestions.
